Project Supervisor

- A minimum of 5 years in the construction or restoration industry.
- Computer literate
- Strong organizational and social skills
- Strong people management skills and multi task orientated
- Can provide a high level of customer service
- Experienced in project management and estimating
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to become an integral and trusted part of our management team, with particular responsibility for the smooth running of all projects sites and operations.
- Have a flare for marketing and developing good relationships with local suppliers, sub-contractors, internal staff and Insurance company adjusters.
- Expected to maximize profitability through efficient working and scheduling strategies while minimizing labour and material costs.
- Must be able to maintain safe work sites and be in compliance with all safety and employment laws.

Water Technician

- Possess strong communication and customer service skills
- A self started with a positive attitude
- Have the aptitude and desire to learn and grow in this fast pace environment
- Have a meticulous attitude toward job completion
- Must be able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience within the Restoration industry will be considered an asset
- Valid drivers licence a strong benefit
- Physically active and healthy
- Neat and tidy in appearance
- Safety conscious and able to wear protective clothing
- Flood Technicians with IICRC certification in water damage restoration/carpet cleaning an asset
- Ability to be on-call one week per month –evening and weekends

General Laborer

- Completion of high school an asset
- Knowledge of construction tools
- Understand oral and written instructions
- Ability to be on-call one week per month – evenings and weekends
- Punctual and have some knowledge in the areas of WHMIS and health and Safety legislative rules.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Looking for a construction career within the restoration industry
- Valid drivers licence a benefit
- Must be willing to purchase basic hand tools
- Must have the ability to work within a team environment with minimal supervision
